Good news story of the day. Sorry...not sure why age is a reason to make an excuse. The person could have no idea of the age of the thief.
If you steal someone’s property, you steal all the hours or years of labor to acquire that property. You make someone your slave.
Many excuse the theft. “He’s rich, he can afford it.” “Insurance will pay for it.” “He’s white, he owes it back.”
But the criminal mindset impoverishes the culture that embraces it, and makes life brutish and short.
Conquest enriches the conquerors, but that requires scale and organization; the morality is the same.
