Indicted in 2019 for 'knowingly firing a gun at someone'(??) 10k bond..Case was eventually dropped..Thats what I am finding.

I can't find anything confirming she was charged. I could only find that she turned herself in and was released (under investigation). I'll keep looking.

I stand corrected. I found where she was indicted a month after the event. In fact, while the purse snatcher's bond was set at $2K, hers (Cotton) was at $10K. Apparently her charges are more serious than the purse snatcher.
