Looked more like a weird looking cloud to me
That is one realy weird looking brown reverse donnut shaped cloud. Given the date I wonder if it may have been caused by some strange electromagnetism created in the earth by building tectonic forces. I think this was around the time of the new moon which appears to have produced soem earthquakes several weeks ago.
