I am pretty liberal about who I allow in the store. As long as you are nice to my employees and pay your bill you are fine.

But I do understand why restaurants would not want him there.

How does he pay any bills?
I’m guessing he has some YouTube channel where he talks about his tattoos and modifications. Then ‘accepts donations’ for more surgeries.

His future goal is to have one leg removed.
He needed a good psychiatrist to help him develop self-acceptance. Too late now. Most the original body parts have been either shimmied down or plucked away.
