First, why not just finish the Keystone XL pipeline? It is almost finished anyway. There never has been such a complete asshat as Joe Biden. Never. He had no authority to stop Keystone XL anyway. It was one of his unconstitutional "executive orders".

why not just finish the Keystone XL pipeline? That ship has sailed. The Canadians got tired of US government farting around with it and made other arrangements.
