Ron Klain sobs uncontrollably, praises Biden’s parenting, VP at goodbye party
WASHINGTON — Outgoing White House chief of staff Ron Klain broke down in tears over and over again Wednesday while handing over power to his successor Jeff Zients — going so far as to praise President Biden as a role model for parenting and Vice President Kamala Harris as a great officemate.
“This is the best job I ever had,” the 61-year-old Klain blubbered as he began his remarks at an East Room transition celebration, forcing his 80-year-old boss to supportively rub his shoulder as he regained his composure.
In the moments when he wasn’t crying, Klain seemed to confirm that Biden is running for reelection in 2024 and acknowledge PR woes for Vice President Kamala Harris, who has received bad press as workers flee what’s been described as a “toxic” vice presidential office.
“It’s been an honor to be [Harris’] next-door neighbor in the West Wing these two years,” Klain said in a dry-eyed moment.
“I wish every American could get to know Vice President Harris as I have. I would say she’s been the best vice president in history, but, eh, you know,” Klain said, jokingly referring to the fact that Biden also was a vice president.

That was my thought too. The country’s being ran by people who can’t get a grip on themselves let alone on things of importance to the country.
And the dream dies, with every tear shed. “Progress” has been halted, anarchy beckons at every side, recovery becomes an unattainable objective, and every shred of “civilized discourse” is being obliterated.
The plan is all going in accord with the design laid out.
That was a pathetic display.
That a guy this unstable was Chief of Staff to the president explains at least some of the crazy happenings from Biden. That Biden is so addled that he would pick him for this explains even more.

That is a dangerously unhealthy mental case. He was crying so people would see how invested he was in his job. 2 years, for crying out loud. Men should be ashamed acting like that at a public dinner, which he didn’t deserve. 2 years.
When first confronted by the White House Press Secretary on what her response should be when she’s asked “WTF was Biden doing with all the top secret documents?” by the press, Ron Klain sobbed uncontrollably for 5 minutes. Moments later he was told to resign by phone call from Obama’s current chief of staff.
What the Heck?
