I support this bill. I’m not so sure Manchin can be counted on for continued support, if the Dem powers that be demand he drop it like a hot Red potato.

There is no limit to this!

A few years back you were not able to buy a toilet that flushes well because the EPA set a 1 gallon per flush limit.

The Dems don’t have the power to make Manchin drop anything. He’s elected by voters in West Virginia not appointed by the DNC and NDSC. Democrats control the Senate by 2 votes. If Manchin doesn’t win reelection in 2024, the Democrats will either have to reelect Biden to the presidency and have no other seats flip or win an additional seat to make up for Manchin. That’s why he has so much power.
