Good to hear Jim. Do what the doctors and nurses tell you. It sucks sometimes, the pain, the therapy and the medications but you’re on the mend, that’s the important thing.

Another FReeper said she was denied all access to her mother who was hospitalized, until she invoked the title ‘advocate for the handicapped’. It may be a legal term in her state, but I’ll look and see if CA has anything, like a form to fill out, so that they can’t deny a disabled person an advocate. Crazy that family would count for less, but, it is what it is.
I pray that God blesses Chris for all he does, and you too, Jim. Thank you both!

Prayers for your continued healing Jim. My MIL had a bed that automatically shifted the body weight at intervals to avoid bed sores. It used air pumps to inflate and deflate different places to shift weight and it worked well for her.
