Oh yes it does. They can’t vote legally in them, but it gives the left a pool of voters they can include in their election fraud — especially as it pertains to mail-in ballots…

That was available before as has been demonstrated. And it is up the federal elections committee and the law enforcement to make sure the laws are upheld and followed. What they do in their own state doesn’t mean anything to me. There is no law that says immigrants can’t vote. That’s state law and a number of them are already allowing it.
I can’t make the government adhere to the law. I can only identify what the laws are. And if they do get caught voting, that there is a penalty. And to be honest, if one of the illegal votes makes it to count at the federal level, then there should be a penalty to the state that violates the law whether intentional or not. But the federal law doesn’t get into states rights and shouldn’t.
