People moving to Florida from the democRAT states should not vote for what they fled. I am afraid that many do not realize that the problem stares back at them in the mirror.
While awaiting a prescription pick up yesterday in North Florida I heard part of a conversation from a new resident. Moved here from Colorado. His lady companion asked about firearms. He said: I lived in an area in Colorado where the locals were not liberal. He added, I carry all the time!
She was also a pro 2A person.
I was happy to hear that.
So, my opinion is not all or even most of those moving here are the demon lefties. Yeah the ones who are headed to south beach in MIA. But in places like this the elections have consistently run 75-25 conservative over the 25+ years I have been here. Last year our Sheriff responding to a shooting of a home invader said: since almost all of the residents in this county have guns, if you break into a home to do crime, expect to get shot.
