I like the self-checkout option. Gets me out of their quicker as I am more proficient at scanning and bagging then most of their employees.
If I see a nice looking woman cashiering in aisle 7 however, I'll go to her, even if I have to deal with a 17-year-old bagger with acne problems.

The next checkout lane? There has been a guy around 20 who is transitioning to female, wears makeup and affects a girlish phony act. I think “its” name tag says Poppy or something.
