I hope Russia wins. The Ukrainian government is corrupt to its core. Keep in mind that Biden is using federal dollars to shore up the pensions of the Ukrainian government officials. Meanwhile nothing is spent to shore up social security which will be bankrupt.
Biden is lock stock and barrel sold out.
