At some point, we as a society, are going to have to admit, that it is definitely NOT normal to have young people drop dead suddenly. Whether it is a influx of drugs tainting marijuana, or the vaccine, or some other factor causing these death, we have to figure out why so many young people are dying!

Comparing the number of sudden deaths reported in articles this year compared to those reported in articles last year could either reflect changes in numbers of sudden deaths or just the attention that journalists are paying to the issue.

In past years there have been some scientific studies to see just how many sudden deaths there were and comparisons could be made to past years. The studies of course are far less likely to miss deaths than just counting news paper articles.

Since the jab rollout a couple years ago oddly there does not appear to be any such study. However some people have compared sudden deaths in news articles vs the number of sudden deaths in studies from past years. And found that there are a great deal more sudden deaths counting only those for which there are articles about. So we know there are way more sudden deaths and if I recall the estimate it was about 16 or 17 times normal. But of course we need to add to that increase an unknown number of sudden deaths that are not in the articles and would only be found by a real study.

The fact that the media is ignoring it or, in the alternative, saying such deaths in young children is normal, is what worries me. Yes, I realize a small number of young people die each year due to previously un-diagnosed heart problems. Has our medical profession become so lackadaisical that many heart problems are missed in sports medical exams? Are children so unhealthy that they are suffering from heart attacks during sports even though they have been active in soccer or football since an early age?

Why aren’t journalists asking these questions?

A true journalist would be investigating and following the leads where ever it takes them. To ignore it creates a feeling that they are complicit in a cover-up.

Leonard Kevin Bias (November 18, 1963 – June 19, 1986)

His death was unusual. People could not believe it. How could a young athlete in the prime of life die?

Yes. That was a sad and unexpected death.

Did you have a point you wanted to make regarding the large number of deaths of children from heart attacks, sudden onset cancer, and strokes?

Yes, he was a young athlete and his sudden death was shocking. Meaning, young elite athletes were not dying suddenly very often back then.

As I've posted before, we also have to keep an eye out for single-car crashes where the car "suddenly" swerved. It could be a case of the driver suddenly dying behind the wheel. With so many people driving at any given moment, there are probably more cases of these than we know about or don't get reported.

In the past 24 hours:

Tarrant County detention officer killed in single-car crash in Arlington as he drove home

A Tarrant County detention officer driving home from work was killed Friday morning in a single-vehicle crash in Arlington, authorities said.

Officials identified the officer as Tarrant County Jail Corporal Aron Iseman, who died at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth shortly after the accident.

[snip]

According to witnesses, Iseman was driving a Subaru Outback when it suddenly veered across the other southbound lanes, went off the road and hit a metal sign, causing the vehicle to roll. There was no one else inside the Outback and no other vehicles were involved.

[snip]

Arlington police said it was unclear what caused the driver to go off the road.

Sudden deaths are up 1700 percent in last two years, what could it be?

You are really reaching. Trying to classify literally everything as an agenda fitting death. A car suddenly swerved off the road. Gee. Dropped cell phone someone picks up. While driving, texting while driving or a million other forms of distraction which is most common. But noooooo. According to some. CLOT SHOT. CLOT SHOT. DEAD. MUST BE CLOT SHOT.

I also night this “daily” count includes 1/4 of the so called cases as from January. So this daily appearea to span three months. Some appear to have lost any ability to critically reason in exchange for Pavlovian drool.

Pavlovian drool works both ways, apparently.

I am all for an honest count. Don’t get me wrong on that, but to deny there is a problem because the numbers appear padded is just as bad or worse than padding them. Why? Because it is to deny there is a problem.

How many died before the Swine Flu Vaccine was pulled during the Ford Administration?

36.

We are many multiples of that already, and it is coming out that Pfizer dropped people from their initial study in Brazil because they got sick or died.

Keep in mind, please, the phenomenon was picked up on by insurance actuaries, who noted deaths in age groups that significantly exceeded norms—those actuaries are the ones who set the ‘odds’ for life insurance, and this means a lot of money is on the line for their companies. Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J already have their billions.

Those actuarial calculations already anticipated dropped cell phones, texting, and heart attacks from bad diets and lack of exercise. It is the excess, those additional deaths, often “unexplained” that tripped the flag.

The actuarial data has been looked at and debated here as well. That data show an increase in death but also a large part of that data set was prevaccination roll out with some overlap to the up of vaccination. In other words fhe sensitivity of that data presented and interpreted is not sensitive enough to pick up a single controlled variable.

I tend to agree with you that I would love to see a well designed objective StuffIt to answer the question. Just like everyone else here my observations are strictly anecdotal. While I may have a larger N based on my work, it is still an anecdotal data set.

Nonetheless, my Pavlovian comment is based on the following observations of the sudden death stories posted:

— virtually every time there is zero reference to the cause of death or in more than a few occasions a statement in the article that was either ignored or not read that calls out the cause of death that has nothing to do with vaccination. What ensures is the twisting into a pretzel of logic that somehow infers a vaccination complication.

— when a headline pops up claiming smoking gun data, invariably one reads the entire article and it turns out to be often bad opinion masking as the final authority. Just yesterday such a headline appeared proclaiming final of data beyond a doubt is presented forever demonstrating that COVID vaccinations are killing people by the bazillions. In about the sixth paragraph the truth came out. It was a nurse was interpreting the results of an individual autopsy procured by a family. A post mortum examination she herself was not apparently in attendance.

—the wild ass extrapolations that appear to link everything to COVID vaccinations feels more like the proclamation of fact based on penumbras and shadows instead of any direct evidence.

— as time goes by direct causality is increasingly difficult to assert. Many were saying and continue to say, for example, that cancers causes in many years will be from the vaccination. There are a million factors that make that suspect. For example most people don’t know the directly demonstrable increase incidence of cancer in populations who have received blood transfusions bs non transfusion groups. So if some are going to assert like some bodily do here that cancer incidence is rising (it is not) based on the time frame of COVID vaccination without excluding or at least accounting for groups with known risk factors then it’s garbage data.

As I said yesterday I didn’t use a lot of remdesivir because the data were weak (yes I read the studies on the drug as it emerged). It was never much more than weakly favorable but in my observations the renal injury incidence risk outweighed the benefits. I also routinely excluded it as a treatment if there were renal dysfunction when this was considered to be a relative not absolute contraindications. It was nof unlike ivermectin. I used a lot of ivermectin in treatment of the critically ill early in the thought that it was useful. Of the cases I used it on, only one patient that was tenuous turned around. When I reviewed the course of care retrospectively there were some other things that were equally as compelling as the explanation for turn around. By the time it became a hot topic many of us had moved on. I treated a of people with ivermectin early in the disease course particularly with delta. It simply did not stop progression particularly in the high risk.

I am more than open to data which may demonstrate something that leads to a data driven conclusion. It’s why I have at this point stopped recommending vaccinations. The data clearly show COVID was a generic shift that created a pandemic. It has settled back down to a mild and highly transmissible disease. The risks of widespread vaccination are about equal to the benefits. Thus my opinion is vaccination os not necessary. But choosing to be vaccinated is just that a choice. Some people perform the risk benefit analysis and decide to vaccinate. But as I have said since day one no vaccination nor treatment should ever be compelled. But like so many other data points some attack me erroneously as wanting mandated vaccine. They become offended when others point this out.

I suspect in the final analysis the most abused thing in this whole pandemic was objectivity and I think social media and instant access by everyone to millions of people by anyone with a cell phone an internet connection. Sadly this causes echo chambering because people will tend to gather with like minded people and the internet neatly silos people into those groups without trying. And when there is numbers of people once can become convinced there is normalcy. It is a hell of a dilemma for the truth to work its way through these barriers.

This i agree with. But not all medical professionals believe this. In fact most of us don’t. But the vocal ones who say this actually are a very small minority. As idiots tend to be a small minority they don or define the entire population.

The analogy is that white men are pedophiles. You cannot trust a white guy because that all want to molest your children. See the relative danger in your statement?

But I am with you. Anyone who thinks a man can get pregnant should be shunned. My argument back to these nut jobs is that being a male is genotypic. Being a woman or man is phenotypic. A genotyping male is incapable of being pregnant. End of story. I have never met a nut job who can argue with this point.

You are really reaching.

Really? You think so?

Why is there a concern about airline pilots, but no concern about motor vehicle drivers? What makes one more susceptible than the other, except that there are way more drivers on the roads than pilots in the air?

If people are concerned about airline pilots (and they should be given that about 150 people are on a typical airplane), wouldn't we see a similar trend in motor vehicle drivers, too? Shouldn't we be looking at traffic accident reports for trends that might be indicative of what to expect in the air?
