I recall talk that there were a couple ANG jets up getting air time that evening, I wanna say they said it was NJ or VA ANG? I know they didn't say NY ANG. I also remember them saying they were carrying inert dummy practice missiles. After that I do not recall hearing anything else about that.
Could it be that ANG had a "Rust" armorer type mistake?
