Thank you. WHen I used to go to a Chinese herbalist, I had to tell them I was vegetarian because a lot o their medicines use dried earth worms, and other horrid things!!!! It was many years ago but I think I remember centipedes. And they do cook herbs (including horrid things) in soups.
Even if the horrid things work I don’t want them (shudder)
Thankfully she doesn’t mention the horrid things. :-D
