Actually, the Visigoths and Vandals WERE Christians. Arians. Well, Arians did not believe that Jesus was Divine, only that he was a special creation by God higher than humans, but lower than God. Kind of like modern-day Jehovah's witnesses believe. If one does not believe Jesus is Divine, by default that one is not a Christian since this is a core Christian belief.
