I haven't had a typical sandwich in years. When I need a handheld lunch item, I use homemade chicken salad (made from my own roasted chicken, diced celery, onion and sweet relish) romaine lettuce and sometimes I'll indulge myself with a slice of American cheese...all placed on a low card wrap. Yummo.
Deli meats don't enter into it.
