The military uses the ASVAB test.
Maybe pizzarias will have to start giving aptitude tests too.

Also, if you get over a 80 on the ASVAB the recruiters DONT STOP CALLING
Businesses used to administer tests. The a 1971 Supreme Court decision ruled that such tests are illegal violations of the Civil Rights Act if blacks score lower than whites.
That’s what got businesses started on demanding college degrees (to ensure at least minimal literacy) but now even that doesn’t work.
