“... due to the anti-inflammatory effect of magnesium.”

I take it for my back/hip pain. I decided that it was more a muscle issue than a joint issue.

Magnesium is a natural muscle relaxer. In any case it was a total success. My pain was reduced 90%. It only acts up after walking a fair distance and even then the pain is greatly reduced.

I was unable to function before. It just wasn’t worth the discomfort. Now I am back to my old self.

I take 315 mg per day. I should take it twice a day, but I’m a once a day person if I can manage that.

Now I find out I will also not end up like Biden, Fetterman, and Feinstein.

Here is me favorite anti-inflammatory. Don’t believe me. Just read the 2000+ reviews. Take with vitamin C to enhance its action. I take this with the buffered “C” called sodium ascorbate.

Yes I buy this by the kilo -— https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0013OSJ7S?ref=nb_sb_ss_w_as-reorder-t1_k5_1_6&=&crid=2D4NMGQLNVTFB&=&sprefix=jarrow

I’m taking 400 mg magnesium every day. It’s combined with calcium (1000 mg), D3 (600 IU) and zinc (15 mg). I need the calcium to help with my bone density, and magnesium is helping me with sleep as a side benefit.
