I have some. Just got it, so have not opened it up yet. Go read some Amazon reviews. It might be hype? But the hype is that it enhances cognitive thinking. Due to crossing the blood brain barrier.

You have a good Doc. Most of the time, the Amazon reviews on xxx are better than what your Doc knows.

I like it a lot but it’s Super expensive pair to the other two. What I’ve got in the habit of is mixing all three. Mostly glycinating malate but sometimes I’ll weave in t h r e o n a t e
