What's exorbitant?
If you can't get closer to the wifi hotspot Starlink is the best option I've found.
It works great but you need to buy the hardware and pay monthly - probably not a great option unless you're camping quite a bit.
I think they have a deal for RVs where you only pay when you’re using it.
