Not good as I use lots of spices heavily. Might have to start growing my own.
You know arsenic is produced naturally in rice also.
Like you, I use spices in my cooking frequently. However, I use fresh herbs as often as possible, over the dried version. They just taste better. I’ve even taking to drying the ones that are fresh when I know it’s remaining days have limited shelf life.
