I fear these types will soon be the SCOTUS.Just wait until after the '24 elections when the Dems sweep everything. Even if Clarence Thomas doesn't die (and he ain't getting any younger), the Democrats will argue that thirteen SCOTUS Justices are needed because there are thirteen appellate courts beneath them. And they'll get them.
