I doubt it was all of NATO. Likely the US acting alone which is why we see even Macron costing up with China as Biden diminishes this once-great nation into socialism and irrelevance.
I don't think there are pro-Russian people in America. I do believe there are pro-American people, people that don't want unnecessary wars that could escalate to a place that puts Americans in danger. Remember, Russia's nuclear power is basically equivalent to ours and Ukraine is basically defenseless. So this proxy war is just biding time, with Ukrainian lives and American tax dollars.
