I think that they should go to Iran and pitch their fabulous idea directly to the mullahs. Maybe during ramadan would be a good time to catch them in a good mood.

I will chip in to help make this happen! If not Iran, Pakistan would be my #2 choice for them, followed by Afghanistan.
