Don’t trespass, don’t get shot. Very simple concept.
That’s why I never try to go into a driveway to turn around when I get lost.
So you think merely pulling into someone’s driveway is grounds to shoot them? You sound like a paranoid pinhead who shouldn’t be in possession of a firearm yourself.
“Don’t trespass, don’t get shot.”
In most places, shooting someone for simple trespass is not legally justifiable.
Driving onto someone’s driveway, absent prominent “no entry” or “do not trespass” signs or barricades such as a locked gate that must be defeated does not constitute trespassing. There are legitimate reasons to drive into stranger’s driveways and (gasp!) even walk up to the door. Deliveries, salesmen, etc. This guy will have to convince the authorities that he genuinely feared for his life. Doubt he will be successful
I didn’t know turning around in someone’s driveway was a lethal force situation now.
In your driveway to turn around. This thug will find out the hard way that being a jerk will give you life behind bars. I’m thrilled to see him locked up. He’s a menace to society and does damage to 2nd amendment patriots.
Indeed! Simple is a good adjective for the idea that one can shoot a person for being on your property.
