My wife hasn’t done this in years; we keep talking about it- Italian Sausage links tied off to half their length, pork ribs (bone in) and meatballs, all browned and then thrown into the sauce, or succo, and simmer for hours til it drove us nuts. Then, cook the spaghetti, and mangia !
