I just heard that they removed the fishing line and brought the younger bird down for rehabilitation.
thank goodness - and the good efforts of the American Eagle Foundation and Army Corps of Engineers and the tree climber. apparently 2 were fine but the small one suffered wounds which necessitated removing to nearby veterinary hospital. hopefully that will end well. job well done by those who kept this from becoming a tragedy.
