He is talking with guardrails just to his bros like he would do at the bar, that’s what people like about him. He is real and people joke in real life but they don’t mean offense.

Crowder IMO is not ridiculing down syndrome. He is ridiculing the idiots that came up with a down syndrome doll. To be fair, the market for it would have to be teeny tiny. I would think the doll would cause a lot of aversion to it from their usual customers.
It is clearly an effort to virtue signal.
