I had a number of ideas about who might have droned the Kremlin, see 6 below, but I probably was wrong, see explanation after the 6 ideas.
1) Highly unlikely Zelenskyy ordered this done. Too risky with everyone chattering nukes. US and NATO would not approve.
2) Prigozhin or other faithful Wagners. A distinct possibility, it does appear Putin or his military elite have minimized help to Wagner and he is an ambitious man.
3) Disgusted oligarch business people who want to return to normal business and can afford experienced assassins and Drone operators.
4) Disgruntled FSB people if there is any truth to the info. from the FSB officer who has fled to Turkey.
5) Angry Chechen military being killed in Ukraine, including their current leader who seemed fearful when he last met with Putin.
6) Medvedev, who is being very vocal about Zelenskyy being guilty, who might profit from the end of Putin.
After writing the above, I found video which showed the small explosion against the flag on the Kremlin dome. The sound was hard to hear but apparently there was some disagreement within Russia over which was the right flag to display for the May 9 event. So probably domestic argument and no strong explosion meant to damage anything.

I do remember the conjecture that Putin arranged for the explosions at 3 apartment buildings killing at least 300 people, which he used to cement power. This made sense to me then, which is one reason I suspect Russia sabotaged Nord Stream. They were not getting the needed equipment from Canada and Europe was not buying much anyway. So let’s blame it on the US or NATO. I suspected the Kremlin drone was also a Russian act, I just did not imagine it was only a stupid flag argument.

In terms of the rules based order which the USA regimes have successively claimed to uphold since WW2, that’s over, kaput. The long term heritage of American economic progress- burned upon the pyre of slave Ukraine and foreign entanglements of a USA uni-party desperately clinging to the myth of US military supremacy as the last vestige of an old America that hasn’t existed in any reasonable form since 1965. For what? One group of distasteful, corrupt foreigners versus another was what many thought at the beginning, but the provable and childish lies, the brazen propaganda, and the disgusting moral infection of the USA intervention in the Ukraine has turned me fully against. I think the link below is the 20 minute video by Denys Davydov, in which at the beginning he suggested this was a fight over which flag to fly over the Kremlin to celebrate the May 9 event below. At any rate the explosion apparently did little damage to the dome or the 2 men on top who may have been trying to fix the flag situation. It certainly was not big enough to have penetrated to interior rooms, much less a Putin bunker. Besides, it had already been announced he was out of town.

If this is the right video, it is followed by a long talk between a Ukraine interrogator, his Russian prisoner and ultimately his wife. After that I took a short break and left my computer running. I came back to an interesting “field trip” to Bakhmut and Ukraine soldiers doing their thing with tanks, artillery, and computer feeds. They did not seem particularly alarmed and joked a lot. [The reason This might not be the right video is because I took a laundry break, did not turn off my computer, and sometimes it jumps to other locations.]
