Barbaric khokhols and their USA regime sponsors have shown no such restraint in targeting unarmed non-combatants with terror bombings, shelling the citizens of the Donbass on a daily basis etc. One can only hope that this latest provocation is answered in kind- the elimination of terrorist leadership in Kiev would be an excellent response. Note the coward Zelensky is hiding in the territory of the titular neutral Finland.
