That woman is the one who started the whole mess. We just got to see the end of it.
The reason no air marshalls jumped in is:
a/ It is not their job. There sole mission is to protect the cockpit.
b/ Air marshalls are not on every flight...just a bunch of them. You, as a passenger, would never know.
The one loud mouth fellow (I suspect Canadian) was absolutely right. This type of behavior CANNOT happen at 30,000 feet. It never improves as the flight progresses. The Karen needed to be booted off the flight at that time.

I mis-used “Air Marshals.” Your points are right. I’ve seen other videos where airport police have entered the aircraft to escort the miscreants off the plane. I’m surprised that somebody with authority didn’t step in sooner to get her off the plane.
Son’s best friend was a Secret Service agent and when he flies, he has to declare because he’s always armed while travelling business or pleasure. Boarded his flight and a stewardess came up to him and asked if he was their armed SS agent. Told my son he was pissed because it made him a target & everyone around him knew he was armed so it took any element of surprise that he had if there was trouble on the plane. Plus, he didn’t feel like he could sleep on the flight.
