I agree. There are so many absent parents out there. As long as the kid is not bothering them or require any effort on their part from day 1 almost, they feel they have done their job. All 39 or 40 kids need to be arrested, charged and hauled before a judge. Maybe not all spend time but the main ones should spend some time plus ALL should pay. The Marines should sue every family for damages. Maybe mom and dad would pay some attention then
