It's a 11 minute video.

Can anybody tell me what is so "offensive", as the woke left would say, about this ride?

Seems like pure fun to me.

Something about riding logs. Male Patriarachy. You know.

“Tiana’s Bayou Adventure” probably has something to do with a transgender in New Orleans.

“The 1989 ride, popular for its five-story drop but made infamous by the controversial movie that inspired it, would close. Disney said at the time it wanted a more inclusive concept, one free of association with the racist 1946 film “Song of the South” and its white-centered depiction of slavery and stereotypes.”

Is Tiana non-binary?

Its too patriarchal. The log rushing down the hill represents a giant penis, ending in thrill and giant splash.

It upsets feminists and lesbians

They probably should do away with the ride completely. Shouldn’t be having logs touch in public, if you know what I mean. :p

I may never go back to Disney World. The expense has grown too great, and the emphasis is on what the Powers That Be at Disney have defined down as deviance and fun. Woke is king, and the dollars are only incidental to the real objective, appeasing probably 1% or less of the patronage, herding in 20% to convert them to woke deviancy by rewriting the script on virtually every new production and many of the old productions to emphasize the shift, including pronouns, and turning off or disgusting the majority of former patrons.

It’s funny, but I thought I remembered the Splash Mountain warning as “You will get wet. You may get soaked.”

I remember going on that ride with my kids when they were young. It was a fun ride.

However, I’m never going back. I’ve done my penance.

We live in AZ and went to WDW in August 2020 with our daughter, SIL and 2 grandkids, who were 10 and 5 at the time. The park was practically empty so we rarely stood in line for ANY ride. We went on Splash Mountain 3 times, more than any other ride other than the Polar Expedition. I don’t know who is advising Disney because they have no clue what they’re doing.
