The cure to all you have listed is to repeal the 17th Amendment and eliminate the Senior Executive Service via a Convention of States. The two line items to be voted on number one, repeal the 17th Amendment and two eliminate the senior executive service.

I don't think that would make a dent. Powerful corporations and government contractors would simply buy the state governments that elect senators. And good luck getting rid of the influence of the intelligence community (and other agencies) by removing senior management.

As our founding fathers said, a government that provides freedom to its people isn't possible in the long run for an immoral and irreligious people.

Joe Biden is the poster boy of that adage.
