Exactly. It’s not that they can’t find a house, it’s that they can’t get their conception of a “dream house” with their budget.
They can just go to Zillow.com, do a search for all the houses in the area that are in their budget, and go “these are the choices, pick one”.
There’s no such thing as a “dream house” in New Jersey. It’s expensive and decrepit ... which are two adjectives that should never be used to describe the same thing in any normal, rational world.
