My dad (WW2 South Pacific US Marine Seabee) passed in 2015 at age 89.

My mom passed 13 months later in 2016 at age 82.

My uncle (WW2 US Army, survived the Bataan death march, Philippines) passed at age 92.

PS: My Mom & Dad are both buried at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery in Arneytown, North Hanover Township, Burlington county, New Jersey.

My father passed away last year and was a Korean war vet. He told a story about working with a guy that survived the Bataan death march as well & if they were going out for lunch, he refused getting into a Japanese car.
