Now, depending on the prices of the homes, lots of them may be rented out to illegals. Although in my area all the new homes are very nice and expensive (primarily only affordable to the Chinese). It is the smaller, 50-year old homes that have three families of Mexicans packed into them.

The forms at their site include a form asking for SSN and the like but those can be obtained illegally I suppose. Forms in English and Spanish but maybe that is not that unusual in this area. Not sure which residents are illegal but there’s no doubt it is geared for spanish speaking clientele.
