Never miss a SpaceX launch. Always exciting. ULA not so much. There is no real-time telemetry. And they don’t land the boosters.

More “awesome” and “amazing” than any skateboarding or BMX tricks!

Launches for the NRO is a BIG DEAL.

You must give Elon Musk credit for being an incredible engineer and businessman (note: I don’t plan on buying and electric car and am not using Starlink).

His purchase of Twitter is still unclear as to it being what he thought it was. But he intended it to be a part of a bigger plan.

Can anyone explain the difference between the Florida and Texas Space X launch sites?

Florida is used because it is available now for the missions SpaceX needs.

Kennedy Space Center is the north west side of the island and is NASA. Cape Canaveral is the south east side of the island and is Space Force.

NASA hates SpaceX and it shows. Texas is the new site for some of the SpaceX launches, but I suspect it will be for all the SpaceX launches currently launched in Florida once matured.

I suspect it is the equipment of the facility.

They are in CA, Texas, and FL.

Those satellites for the NRO are huge and the boosters show it. You have to fast forward between the launches to see the variance.

NRO is cutting edge and strategically very sensitive.

The launches from Texas are much cheaper to operate and Musk owns the facility. He has launched a very large number of satellites from there. Cost of launch is low. Partially from reuse of the bird.

Musk is a brilliant engineer and at same time careful with project costs.

He has a plant in China where batteries are made. Hence he is financially connected with China.

When he bought Twitter he found out how much the CIA and the military used Twitter. He bought it, but is not in total control.

He would like freedom of expression, but those connected with him won’t allow it completely.
