The 2020 Senate report on the Biden family business revealed Hunter Biden-linked bank accounts received $5.1 million in payments from a Chinese business partner, Henry Zhao, within ten days of just-revealed texts in which he demands payment using proximity to his father as a cudgel.
Henry Zhao, influential in forming a Chinese investment fund, had deep ties to Chinese intelligence, according to Breitbart News senior contributor and Government Accountability Institute president Peter Schweizer.
In 2017, Henry Zhao worked with Chinese energy conglomerate CEFC Energy — also linked to Chinese military intelligence.
A newly released screen capture from July 30, 2017 of a WhatsApp message from Hunter Biden to Henry Zhao shows Hunter Biden putting pressure on Zhao for payment using the influence of his father, Joe Biden, who was “sitting” in the room. The text message reads:
I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father."
Within ten days of Hunter Biden’s message, a CEFC subsidiary sent two payments totaling $5.1 million to accounts linked to Hunter, records cited in the Senate GOP investigation show:

On Thursday’s broadcast of “Hannity,” Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz stated that the allegation from a whistleblower that Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, demanded payment from a Chinese businessman,stating his father “was in the room” is “probable cause” of an “impeachable offense” of bribery and merits investigation.
Dershowitz also stated that it’s a good thing Republicans control Congress so they can investigate.
Hunter Biden can’t invoke the 5th Amendment “because his lawyers have said that he’s no longer subject to any criminal prosecution.”
Dershowitz stated that if Pres Biden was there while Hunter Biden demanded money and knew of Hunter’s demand, “that would be an impeachable offense. That would be the crime of bribery.”
He cautioned that we don’t know if that’s the case since Hunter Biden could be lying about whether his father was there.
He added, “But there is probable cause. And this has to be investigated. And thank God for our system of checks and balances that we have a Congress that is not controlled by the party in power and can do the kind of investigation.
Biden can’t plead his 5th Amendment anymore, because his lawyers have said that he’s no longer subject to any criminal prosecution. So, please, go forward with these investigation[s].”

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Department of Justice announced they have found zero evidence of bribery in a photograph of Hunter Biden carrying a bag of cash next to President Biden holding a sign that reads, “Will Trade Political Favors 4 Cash.”
“Welp, no trace of bribery here,” said Attorney General Merrick Garland, ripping up the photo. “Total nothing-burger.”
The Department of Justice promised to review the photograph for any possible evidence of bribery after a whistle-blower made the image public. “We really looked it over, but I just can’t find anything suspicious about Biden holding a sign that offers to accept bribes,” said FBI Agent Ron Daniels. “There is simply nothing incriminating about Hunter standing next to him with a giant bag of cash. I don’t know what people expect us to do with this.”
The White House assured the American public that the judiciary remained politically neutral, and would show no bias towards the President’s son.
“Attorney General Garland met up with Hunter for a nice steak dinner right after Hunter’s plea deal to reiterate the DOJ’s impartiality,” said Press Secretary Karine Jeanne-Pierre.
“While several sources reported that Hunter offered Mr. Garland some crack cocaine as a thank-you, we have been assured by the DOJ that no crime was committed at the dinner. With that said, all questions, as always, can be referred to someone else.”
At publishing time, the IRS had reviewed Hunter’s deduction of prostitute payments from his taxes, and determined there was “no sign of any tax fraud whatsoever.”
I heard on some show that this was clear evidence of being Foreign Agent and Hunter should be charged with failing to register as such. The commentator also said if Joe was in the room and supported this request, he could also be charged for failure to register as a FA.

There has LONG been enough information to justify impeachment of Joe Biden. I’ve been convinced for a while that it will all come crashing down, as soon as the Dems are convinced that they’re SURE Trump will be the Repulican nominee.
They want to run a young, vibrant Gavin Newsome against an elderly, bitter Donald Trump.
We may be nearing that point now.
It may not turn out the way they expect. But, I imagine they have a solid vote-skewing plan to make the outcome certain.
