I live within 100 yards of a commuter rail station that goes into downtown Boston. Before the panic the station's huge parking lot was full on weekdays. These days it's about half full.

Many financial and law firms including the one I work for require in officer 3 out of 5 days a week. It’s not just the 100% WFH who are impacting the numbers. Interestingly enough the PATH and the MTA 4/5 are very crowded with only Fridays seeing a noticeable drop off.
