Biden reveals NEW plan to make it easier to pay off student debt five hours after Supreme Court axed his cancellation plan: Says Justices 'misinterpreted Constitution'

resident Joe Biden on Friday charged the Supreme Court with misinterpreting the U.S. Constitution when it struck down his $400 billion student loan forgiveness program and accused Republicans of snatching away people's hope with their hypocrisy on the issue.

In remarks at the White House, Biden said he was 'angry' about the decision but outlined several executive actions he was taking to help make it easier for borrowers to pay off their debts.

He said his new plans would save borrowers $1,000 a year, cap monthly payments at 5 percent of discretionary income a month, and forgive loan balances after ten years of repayments.

A defiant Biden argued he didn't give people 'false hope' with his $400 billion program that would have canceled $10,000 in student loan debt for those making less than $125,000 or households with less than $250,000 in income.

Supreme Court justices ruled 6-3 on Friday that Biden's proposal to wipe out debts for 26 million Americans at taxpayers' expense was unconstitutional and an overreach of his executive power.

The landmark ruling on the final day of the Supreme Court's term comes 24 hours after the justices decided colleges could no longer use race as a consideration in admissions in a case that sparked backlash from Biden.

Biden was scathing in his response. He repeatedly leaned over the podium as he spoke and dropped his voice to a whisper - a tactic he takes when he wants to make a point.

'I didn't give any false hope,' Biden snapped when a reporter asked him if he misled borrowers.

'The question was whether or not I would do even more than what was requested. What I did I thought was appropriate and was able to be done and would get done."

Biden : "I know the law Fat!!

"Syracuse University Law School initially failed Joe for plagiarizing, without citation, five pages from a published law review."

Joe claimed ignorance regarding having to cite sources in a college paper. My question is, how does someone get a four year degree, and then get admitted to law school, without knowing how to properly cite sources in a college paper?

If I ever had an idea that a disgusting narcissistic talent compromised criminal like Biden would be in a position to screw over my life I would have either found another place on Earth to live, or would have done the bare minimum to get by - and thus get a better deal.

The executive doesn’t set the law concerning this. I
He doesn’t have the power to make the purse strings open and close with his executive orders.

I hope they go after him for this. Hes not congress.

“..accused Republicans of snatching away people’s hope with their hypocrisy on the issue.”

—- funny… I did NOT know that Republicans owned the Supreme Court..

“Biden said he was ‘angry’ about the decision..”

—— Mule muffins… he used that ploy for votes - period. They NEVER intended to really fork over all that money.

If they were serious, you’d have to pay back everyone who ever paid for college in this country IF you were ‘fair’…

In all the world, is there a bigger imbecile than this Quisling Puppet Biden? The way he bends over and whispers to reporters, as in his demented mind, he thinks it gives him gravitas.

He has got to be the most mentally retarded public official anywhere, in all recorded history.

Claiming dementia will not spare him from the death penalty. The entire regime is going to face punishment.

That great Constitutional scholar, Joe Biden.

Some people study the Constitution only to find the loopholes (suggestion to Joe - those loopholes are mighty small).

W.C. Fields was once observed to be studying the Bible very diligently. As he was a known iconoclast and atheist, he was asked why he was looking through the Bible, and Fields replied, “Looking for loopholes, my boy. Looking for loopholes.”

He and his handlers don’t care a hoot whether their policy helps anybody. All this is just to fool the rubes.

The other day Biden confused the preamble to the Declaration of Independence with the Constitution. Yes Biden is a constitutional scholar.

No - the SC was clear - he cannot “forgive” student loans after 10 years of payments!

"The other day Biden confused the preamble to the Declaration of Independence with the Constitution."

I saw that, and he thinks Putin is fighting a war in Iraq.

“and forgive loan balances after ten years of repayments. “

Wasn’t that exactly what the the SC just ruled against?

Or non-payment. Who’s to decide what discretionary income is. And who’s going to determine what that 5% amount would be? I guarantee this is a back door way same thing mine just got slapped down for
