No there is no constitutional right to secede , The Declaration of Independence was NOT a declaration to continue the right to own human beings or take up arms against a DULY ELECTED form of government.

I've been down this road with you a hundred times, you Asperbergers ridden boob and yet you cling to YOUR version of history.

The South sought to preserve slavery as it's means of an economy and opening fire on Ft. Sumter ultimately led to the defeat of the Confederacy.

That is what happened to it as a result of it's ill fated, moronic idea to go to war. It just pisses you off to end because your precious CSA lost the war it started and you're steamed because your version of history is wrong.

No there is no constitutional right to secede ,

Yes there is. Three states even said so when they ratified the constitution. People trying to pretend the constitution forbids secession are just lying to themselves.

The Declaration of Independence was NOT a declaration to continue the right to own human beings...

No more than it was in 1776 when *ALL STATES* continued having the right to own human beings.

Apparently the Declaration articulates a right that even slave owning states can exercise.

or take up arms against a DULY ELECTED form of government.

They *VOTED* their way *OUT* of that corrupt government which had them paying 72% of the taxes.

I've been down this road with you a hundred times, you Asperbergers ridden boob and yet you cling to YOUR version of history.

I articulate the *REAL*, *ACCURATE* version of history that can be proven by evidence rather than just being the lying propaganda of a corrupt government trying to justify the murder it committed in order to keep millions of dollars in unearned money.

The South sought to preserve slavery as it's means of an economy ...

So did the United States, and that is why the *CONGRESS* passed the PERMANENT SLAVERY AMENDMENT to the US Constitution. The United States government *WANTED* to "preserve slavery" so that they could *KEEP COLLECTING THE MASSIVE AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY WERE GETTING FROM SLAVERY!!!*

You don't like me calling out the fact that your "slavery" argument is just a coverup for the US government's own complicity in keeping the slave money flowing to *THEM* and their corrupt corporate associates.

They threw a fit when the slave money got cut off, and *THAT* is why they launched a war. It had nothing to do with right or wrong or morality or concern for black people, these rotten, vile, corrupt people running the government only wanted that *SLAVE MONEY* to keep coming into *THEIR* pockets!!!!

You have been lied to and misled, and now you are trying to keep the lie going. You don't want to believe the ugly truth because it makes your ancestors accomplices to a horrible thing.

It just pisses you off to end because your precious CSA lost the war it started and you're steamed because your version of history is wrong.

Not my CSA. Family didn't get her till after 1900, and they didn't settle in any of the Confederate states. My Grandfather is from Denmark, and we didn't have a dog in this fight.

That's why we can see the truth. We don't have to defend our ancestors because *THEY* didn't invade their brothers homes and kill them.

You on the other hand have mentioned quite often that your family was heavily involved in slapping the chains of subjugation on a people who didn't want corrupt Washington DC ruling them.

And the more I see of corrupt Washington DC ruling us today, the more I think the Confederates did the right thing.

“. . . The Declaration of Independence was NOT a declaration to continue the right to own human beings or take up arms against a DULY ELECTED form of government.”

So you call it the “Declaration of Equity?”

Congratulations! Your ESC and DEI scores are pegging the needle.

I hope you run over a plastic soda straw next week on campus and that it rips the guts out of your little clown car.
