Supposed to be fireworks tonight here in Columbia SC’s Segra Park
Band is playing a lot of John Williams music.
The conductor is Japanese and he made a few funny remarks about playing the 1941 theme.

Did the show end up going on? I know there's lots of rain and T-storms all over the eastern seaboard today and fireworks shows have been canceled and/or rescheduled.
Sounds like a nice event there in Segra Park. Is that a safe area?
We will be living in SC full-time in a few months (but down near Hilton Head in Bluffton). We passed by Segra Park during one of our trips between CT and SC - we were wondering what it was.
