Must be some Martha’s Vineyard wannabes. I used to live in a similar neighborhood and was so very happy to buy some land out in the country to escape those assholes.

Wife and I have been shopping for a new home down in TX, the first thing we both told the realtor was a MUST ... not a pool, not acreage, it was ABSOLUTELY NO HOA’s. The lady laughed 😅
