0.17 oz would fill a small baggie and would be a pretty typical amount to be carrying. To me it’s a believable number. But 0.007 is either a mistake or an attempt to downplay the amount.

I think it worked about 10 years with the war on terror. We killed a lot of terrorists in the Middle East. We were able to assassinate Osama bin Laden. Now that's done. What is the FBI going to do now? Now I'm starting to see thar Edward Snowden may be right after all. Not sure if it was the right move for him to flee to Russia. But maybe he had no choice. No other country in the world would keep him safe. But he's paying a price to Putin in return for his sanctuary in Russia. As an American, I can't see myself doing that.
