Yeah, pretty messed up ruining crops for fun and games. The corn grows back so I’d probably dish out 5 days in the pokey plus reimbursement of losses to the farmer.

That area is ruined. At 200 bushels to the acre and I’d say at least two to three acres plus triple damages..
Just get the prices per bushel as of today..or when the crop was to be harvested and figure it out.
BTW..the two to three acres is just what can be seen in the photo. Doesnt matter. That crop yields some 200 bushels to the acre and she can pay damages.
I would not be surprised if she has to pay over 20 thousand in damages.
Well if she only has $500 to her name, maybe a better punishment is sentencing her to work for the farmer until she pays him off. Just maybe don’t let her drive any of the equipment.
