Starting from the bottom up is a good way to find out what's going on. Those at the top are good at obfuscation, dodging and playing word games. The underlings are far more inclined to cooperate and admit to knowledge of things when pressed. Most of them haven't yet learned how to engage in sophisticated cover ups and dodge responsibility. My suspicions are around the “tic tac” and “cube in a sphere” objects. Those do not resemble anything like what is generally reported by the public or commercial pilots afaik. No triangles, saucers or spherical objects.
They seem to be exclusively seen by military pilots. Leads me to believe they are something else possibly an incredibly advanced tech meant to jam and confuse military assets. Could these objects be holographic projections coupled with sophisticated ghosting tech to fool the electronics? Could likely be our own.
Then again, they could be gauging how humans taste.

That is definitely one of the keys to getting a handle on this stuff.
If these devices belonged to adversaries or to another country, we’d all be speaking Russian or Chinese or even French. This would have happened back in the 1930s when the first craft was recovered in Italy and passed to the US via the Vatican.

I am of an age that when Washington politicians start talking about UFOs (now UAFs) my first reaction is; I wonder what hey are trying to distract us from.

Why do these not resemble any of the classic ufo types? They seem to be completely different from what gets reported by the public and commercial pilots.
Jacques Vallee (probably the leading UFO expert on the planet) has his doubts about the Tic Tacs in particular being alien as well—for the reasons you noted.
