This stuff is all fictitious.
“Witness” testimony is simply “I swear I heard someone tell me they know of someone who saw an alien.”
It’s just like the lies you hear in high school.
I have very good reasons to believe this is not fiction.
Didn’t a former Air Force officer post here that he was on a tarmac waitong to take off with a new experimental plane but they were delayed because there was another aircraft sitting g at the end of their runway that wasn’t ours or anyone else Earthly’s either?
Can you imagine in a court of law if the opposing attorney said against witness testimony given and such evidence mentioned above, "it's fictitious your honor, like lies you heard in high school.
The members of the jury and those in the court room would emit a loud, "tee-hee."
But the judge would probably not be laughing
It floors me that people don’t seem to apply every-day common sense to this issue. Like this one - sometimes, people lie.
People lie all the time, and for all kinds of reasons. Just because someone says something, doesn’t mean it’s true. Many times people lie about things just for the attention.
That’s why actual ‘evidence’ is needed - and not the ‘evidence’ of people lying, or attesting to people saying things that could be lies.
