This story piqued my interest, simply because, I have never heard of “tabacco”.
Is it something new on the market? Maybe a mixture of tobacco & tabasco sauce? I am a little behind the curve on some of the newer fads.

Oh that was a great video i saw it yesterday.

At $10 a pack that piece of crap easily had $5000 of cigs in that trash can. Even in Kalifornia that will have some consequences. I believe the threshold is $950, under that and it a misdemeanor.
